Junior Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Data Entry: The candidate will be responsible for data entry of all production challans, karigar bills and other vouchers on our ERP system (Busy Accounting).

2) Job Work Accounting: The candidate must be well versed with job work accounting- Bill of Material (BOM), Material Issues and Receipt, Stock Journal etc.

3) Inventory Reporting: The candidate will be responsible for inventory report- order processing, pending job items, re-order levels etc. via ERP software or custom excel sheets.

4) Expense and Tax Management: The candidate will be responsible for all expense and tax entries against invoices and vouchers and report the same to the senior accountant.

5) Maintaining Books of Accounts: The candidate will be responsible for filing and maintaining all the records in the books of accounts within the production department.

Job Requirement:

a) Overall Experience: 2+ years of experience as in accountant.
b) Industry Experience: Experience in accounting for manufacturing companies (fashion preferred)
c) Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/ Management
d) Behavioural Skills Required: Good communication skills, well organised, ability to understand complex instructions and collaborative.
e) Technical Skills Required: Well-versed with Busy Accounting/ Tally ERP or similar accounting softwares and MS Excel, MS Word.

CTC: 1.3L – 1.6L p.a.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹135,000.00 – ₹160,000.00 per year
