OTO Hiring for Accounts Executive at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Full Time


Responsibilities

  • Update day-to-day receipt entries in tally/Zoho by mapping receipts to relevant ledgers.
  • Reconciliation of excess Emi received and refund status of the same.
  • Communicate and get details of Emi data from the collection team.
  • Reconciliation of receipts with receivable data on monthly basis.
  • Escalating issues data on a real-time basis to reporting manager.

Requirements

  • Knowledge, updating day-to-day receipt entries in tally, and Knowledge in Zoho is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS office such as excel.
  • Word and advanced excel knowledge are a must as a person needs to handle huge data in sheets.
  • Bank reconciliation of receipts on a daily on weekly basis.
