Position- Software Support Engineer/Support Analyst
Location- Ahmedabad
Qualification- Graduate in Computer Engineering
Experience- 2-4 Years
Job Responsibilities:
The right person for this job should also have a strong desire to work closely together with the people who will be using the systems you help support, and a good ability to understand the needs of your users and deliver workable successful solutions that match those needs.
Software Support Engineers should be able to communicate with customers, Software Installation & Provide Training to the Customers. Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution. Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Software Support Engineers to field calls/Email/ServiceNow from customers who are experiencing technical issues with developed systems. They would assist customers in troubleshooting problems, diagnose issues, identify sources of the problem, and offer solutions.
Software Support Engineers should be able to make user manuals, video extra of the new functionalities added in the existing systems and same to be communicated to the business users.
Software Support Engineers should be able to train the business users on the new/existing functionalities of the business systems
Technical Skills Must Have:
Programming Language: SQL Server
