Job Title: Data Entry Operator (FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY)

Job Profile:

· Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits. Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.

Job Description:

· Insert customer data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits

· Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry

· Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output

· Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents

· Apply data program techniques and procedures

· Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations

· Keep information confidential

Requirements and skills:

· Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk

· Experience with MS Office ( Especially MS Excel)

· Typing speed and accuracy

· Attention to detail

· Confidentiality

Educational Qualification:

· Graduate/ Under Graduate

Shift Timings:

· 08:00PM to 05:00 AM(IST) or 09:00 PM to 06:AM (IST) (NIGHT SHIFT)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Surat, Surat – 395007, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Advanced Excel: 1 year (Required)
