Role Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Client Outreach Executive. In this role, you’ll connect with potential clients, introduce our research publication support services, and help generate leads among researchers in need of assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to promote Panacorp’s publication services.
- Explain our offerings, including manuscript editing and submission support.
- Maintain client data in Excel.
- Support the team in meeting monthly outreach and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
