Job Description and Requirements

The candidate will join the Synopsys IT support team who are responsible for the design, implementation, and support of solutions in the Salesforce environment using Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Lightning platform, Apex, Visual Force, Chatter and the SFDC platform.
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years’ experience implementing and configuring Salesforce
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform security aspects in the areas of application security, user authentication, user access management, data management and secure coding.
Knowledge of Salesforce security products including event monitoring, encryption, audit trail, data masking and Shield.
Ability to communicate and build effective partnerships across technical and business teams.
In summary, the Salesforce Security Administrator / Developer will monitor and provides solutions to keep Synopsys systems and data secure and compliant.

General Responsibilities
Build solutions and advise developers during SDLC cycle on object/org level security, sharing rules, permission sets, field level security and history tracking.
Demonstrate code review skills to identify vulnerabilities.
Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features, security patches and best practices.
Participate in security audit of systems and penetration testing.
Monitor change management – control software release from Dev/QA to production
Monitor daily data backup and able to restore under emergency circumstances
Asses and upkeep security
Define/Monitor triggers and user activity and drive user adoption. Present summary of anomalies to IT and business stakeholders from time to time.
Optimize system performance – identify bottlenecks and high demand pages to improve user experience
Provide global day-to-day end-user support

Qualifications and Experience

5+ years of Salesforce Administration / Development experience
Thorough understanding of the constraints of the SFDC platform e.g., governor limits & interdependencies
Experience with one or more CI/CD tools such as Copado or Flosum.
Experience integrating 3rd party apps and AppExchange products with Salesforce
Experience responding to production support requests & troubleshooting issues
Salesforce customization and configuration experience (at least 1 or more of the following five Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Communities and Knowledge)
Development experience in UI technologies (Bootstrap, Lightning Design System (LDS), Lightning Web Components, jQuery, JavaScript) and Apex.
Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party systems using REST and SOAP APIs – oAuth and Single Sign-On a plus
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or other related fields required. Masters degree a plus.
Platform AppBuilder/Developer certification and Admin/Advanced admin certification are preferred.
