1. Assess the service needs of clients and linking them to the appropriate resources and providers.
2. Coordinate & plan service engineers visits for client location.
3. Schedule appointments for clients, answering phones, and tracking clients’ service records.
4. Monitor and maintain the records of each customer Quarterly, Annual maintenance contact and follow up with existing customers for services.
5. Follow up with clients regularly to assess and ensure their satisfaction.
6. Respond to complaints and resolve issues of clients with better services
7. Make call to collect customer feedback and generating google reviews from existing customers.
8. Managing the service process through CRM, and all enquiries & Data to be entered in the CRM.
9. Generate Enquiries through Cold Calls (50 calls per day)
10. Follow-ups with Front Office for Dispatch & Deliveries of Materials.
