Job Responsibilities

• Perform data entry for different kinds of data – Sales, Purchase, Accounts etc.

• Keeping a track of all the orders on a daily basis.

• Taking approvals from the customers for the orders before sending it to the production team and Getting MOQ’s approval from Management.

• Sending orders to the production team in a timely manner and in the specific set format.

• Sending backorders received from Order team to production team on time and taking follow ups and ensuring these are sent asap.

• Taking care of communication with all the involved parties.

• Liasoning with the Accounts department for any Invoicing to be done.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate/Diploma Holder from a reputed college or university.

• Minimum Experience of 1 Year as a Data Entry Operator

• Good Data Management skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Must have good knowledge of MS Excel formulas.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
