Selected candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities would include:
* Developing and working on the talent acquisition strategy
* Researching about the industry landscape and identifying talent hotspots
* Scheduling interview calls with potential candidates sourced through multiple job portals and networks
* Assisting in terms of screening profiles about different roles
* Working on the technology-based profiles and involved in the shortlisting process
* Creating employer branding strategies for Passionbits
