Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our live chat platform. You will be responding to customer inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and helping to resolve any issues or concerns that customers may have. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to type at least 20 words per minute.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers.
• Experience with live chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner through our live chat platform.
• Provide information about our products and services, and assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, and escalate issues as needed to a supervisor or manager.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of customer inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends in order to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Read, and write English on at least B1/B2 level.
