Roles & Responsibilities

• l Responsible for coordinating activities related to sales and customer service on clients’ accounts
• l Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
• l Creating a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts
• l Setting up meetings with US-based clients via calls and Emails
• l Acknowledge incoming telephone calls, emails, letters, and messages, and pass it to the sales representative or account manager to provide a detailed response
• l Building business relationships with current and potential clients
• l Collaborating with clients in the US to secure, retain, and grow accounts
• l Doing extensive Market Research on all potential clients
• l Developing customized targeted sales strategies
• l Coordinating business generation activities
• l Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
• l Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
• l Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting

• l Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with clients

• l In-depth understanding of company services and their position in the industry

• l Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client
• l Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
• l Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹21,500.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
