Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods.
• Help build positive relations within the team and external parties.
• Address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
• Interact with customers through a variety of channels such as phone, email, and social media.
• Keep updated records and create reports.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to efficiently interact through phone & emails.
• Should be able to multi-task.
• Should have 1-4 years of relevant experience.
• Should have good communication skills.
• Should have good computer skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
