Job Description

• Preparing and maintaining Daily/Weekly /Monthly Reports.
• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management and ensure all the reports and analysis goes on TAT.
• Analyse & identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
• Candidate will be responsible for data collection, sorting & generating MIS
• Tracking agent wise, TL wise and campaign wise performance
• Compiling daily/weekly/monthly reports and sending it to Clients/Operations
• Modify the MIS and applications as per needs.
• Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis,
• Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
