Prior experience of inhouse recruiting and hands on exposure to sourcing, Candidate &
stake holder management (End to End recruitment lifecycle).
Take ownership of End to End recruitment needs of the business function which includes but not limited to – Partnership with workforce planners, HRBP, Compensation partners, onboarding team, recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, BGV team, pre-onboarding team, Hiring managers, Business heads etc.
Should be a talent Magnet: Should be able to communicate and brand Paypal EVP to external & internal talent & use cost effective & innovative sourcing channels.
Presentation skills: Able to do data driven discussions with business & provide talent and market insights.
Adaptivity & compliance: A recruiter at PayPal will work in a systems driven environment therefore adoption of TA tools & processes is a must.
Flexibility: Recruiting role at is not just limited to delivering talent only. You get an opportunity be part of a global team and contribute to different projects like DIEB, process improvements and support hiring needs of other TA teams/partners during hiring surge .

Experience requirements:
3-8 Years of relevant experience in inhouse recruiting or similar setting.
