- Serving as the main point of contact between clients and employees
- Learning the needs of clients and developing plans to meet them
- Regularly checking in on clients to ensure they’re satisfied with the company
- Addressing any concerns or issues a client may have and working with account managers or leadership to resolve them.
- Build relationships with key employees among customers
- Create plans to address clients’ business needs
- Advise clients on creating profitable processes
- Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- up-sell or cross-sell services and products to existing client.
