Roles & Responsibilities

Hands on experience in Windows, Linux , Client and Server related Operating Systems and supported Softwares.

Hands on experience in RedHat/ VMWare/ Hyper-V Server & Desktop Virtualization.

Implement Server Architecture Solutions for Datacentres, Cloud computing and Data security

Should have strong knowledge in Cloud Technologies like AWS / MS Azure.

Should have experience in SAN Storages across the various OEM Products.

Should have experience in handling Backup & Restore Solutions for Server and Client computing.

Should have knowledge in Data Security and ISMS Certification and IT Audit Process.

Experience in MS 365 products and implementation.

Worked in any ITIL based Ticketing system with SLAs.

Competency with Datacentre administration and monitoring tools.

Should be able to identify server issues related to Web Application, AD, DNS, DHCP, Email and File Servers.

Strong Communication skills in both Written and Spoken

Must have excellent interpersonal and time management skills.

Ensure highest level of customer service and satisfaction in all projects

Must be able to learn new technologies quickly.

Must be a team player
