Pepsico HBS Hiring for Architect, PGT Solution Design Specialist – SAP and Business Partner Cash at Hyderabad Full Time
- Own the overall PGT design for Business Partner, with a particular focus on Customer Master Data, but includes other third-party BP master data such as Vendor, Intercompany and Workforce. This role will own the data standards design and the process requirements for data management of the Business Partner entity – Accountable
- Partner with Deployment Project teams to provide knowledge transfer of the PGT data design for the Order-To-Cash and Forecast-To-Schedule Value Streams, including the integration between the S/4 and TPM solutions, and facilitate / participate in supplemental requirements analysis and offer solutions Consulted
- Partner with PGT Global Process Leads and Solution Design Leads for OTC & TPM to maintain understanding of the PGT end-to-end solution, including understanding impacts to existing PepsiCo global data requirements already in place, and offering alternatives for optimization, simplification, and standardization Consulted
- Partner with PGT Solution Design Leads for OTC & TPM to ensure critical (high-impact) master data standards and key decisions are properly documented and agreed upon Accountable / Execute
- Understand impacts of PGT data requirements for BP and OTC with existing PepsiCo global/sector solutions, such as gMDM or JDA, with a particular focus on Customer and Supplier Master data Accountable
- Participation in Global Data Governance processes to ensure impacted stakeholders across PepsiCo are aware of new or changes to data standards as a result of any PGT – Execute
- Participate in planning and design sessions as required during project deployment projects Execute
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting and deploying SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) and Enterprise scale order-to-cash / go-to-market solutions (such as CAS or SAP TPM)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated Data role, preferably on the SAP platform, with a focus in the OTC functional area. Specific knowledge and expertise of the SAP Customer Master design would be an advantage.
- Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments (including at a global or corporation-wide level)
- Ability to understand complex functional and IT requirements and be able to identify and offer multiple solution options to facilitate the best outcome.
- Excellent oral and written skills to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts and provide clear documentation to the management and executive leadership, and across multiple geographies.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences, deal with ambiguity, and succeed against in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge and experience in the Agile Methodology and related tools (such as MS Azure DevOps) desired.
- Ability to work flexible hours based ontrod on varying business requirements.
- Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have SAP SolMan 7+, MS Azure DevOps, Quality Centre and MS Project.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Ability to understand functional and Technical IT requirements and be able to identify and offer multiple solution options to facilitate the best outcome.
- Ability to understand business, functional and technical requirements and be able to assist in the translation of business and functional requirements to technical developers.
