The position will be accountable for:

• Strategic Procurement Planning: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with global and regional business goals.
• Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Management: Drive procurement execution in collaboration with country, regional, and global stakeholders.
• Integrated Business Planning (IBP): Ensure procurement activities align with demand forecasts and financial objectives using SAP S4-PP modules.
• P2P Process Optimization: Enhance direct and indirect purchasing workflows for efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Supplier Performance & Relationship Management: Monitor supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
• Cost Optimization & Negotiations: Identify opportunities for savings and execute impactful negotiations to drive procurement efficiency.
• Project Execution & Timely Delivery: Lead procurement-related projects, ensuring execution within timelines and budget constraints.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Implement procurement policies, mitigate supply chain risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Team Leadership & People Management – Lead a high-performing procurement team, ensuring skill development, motivation, and efficiency. Drive leadership engagement across operating countries, regional, and global teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Essential Experience :

• 15+ years of experience in procurement & supply chain management, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Deep expertise in SAP S4-PP modules, P2P procurement processes, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of strategic vendor management.
• Experience working with global, regional, and country-level stakeholders in procurement strategy execution.
• Excellent project management skills, ability to meet strict timelines, and strong leadership skills.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed B-School.
• Expertise in cost-effectiveness strategies and procurement analytics.
