We aspire to be the leading provider in Life Science and Commercial Labelling, Artwork Production, Artwork Management and Software Solutions to the world’s leading brands.Roles & Responsibilities : GLAMS Interchange : GLAMS Interchange is our cutting-edge next-gen platform that combines low-code, no-code, and robotic process automation (RPA) technologies. It empowers users, such as our team of skilled Solution Engineers, to rapidly configure and customize solutions for our pharmaceutical customers. With GLAMS Interchange’s intuitive no-code interface, we can create sophisticated applications and workflows without extensive coding, reducing time-to-market and providing flexibility to adapt to evolving customer needs.The Role : – The Solution Engineer is responsible for configuring and implementing different products using the GLAMS Interchange platform for Perigord’s customers. – The Solution Engineer will typically collaborate with a Business Analyst and Project Manager who will lead the overall implementation project. This role requires an analytical and detail-oriented individual who can quickly and effectively solve problems with confidence. It is a key role in delivering various products to Perigord’s high-profile and ever-expanding customer base.Responsibilities : – Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to understand the organization’s needs and translate them into technical requirements.- Designing the application architecture, data model, user interfaces, workflows, and integrations using GLAMS Interchange visual modelling capabilities- Building and configuring applications by utilizing GLAMS Interchange low-code development environment. This involves creating application components, defining business rules, and implementing system integrations.- Conducting unit testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues in the applications. This includes validating the functionality, performance, and quality of the developed applications.- Documenting application design, development, and configuration details to maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation- Through client engagements, identify new features that GLAMS does not currently offer and will be of benefit to our customers.- Supporting continuous improvement program, always looking at how the organisation can improve on process, delivery and service to our customers- Support and troubleshoot configurations to aid root cause analysis and provide solutionRequirements : – Degree in Computer Science or other relevant discipline with minimum 3-4 Years’ Experience.- Having a solid foundation in programming concepts and languages, such as Java, JavaScript, can be beneficial for advanced customization and integration tasks.- Understanding of how web infrastructure is build including concepts such as APIs, client/server-side, data table relationships- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Experience working directly with external customers – ideally customers with a global reach- Proficiency in documenting application designs, technical specifications, and development processes. – Clear and concise documentation helps in knowledge sharing and maintenance of the applications.- Strong verbal and written communication skills – communicates thoughts in a well organised manner- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in Agile development environments. This includes participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.- Demonstrates an ability to work to tight deadlines across multiple projects.- Experience in configuring a Low-Code/No-Code based systems.
