Job Description

• Should be able to Perform thermal simulations for battery systems using ANSYS tools
• Comply with standards and procedures in determining the initial feasibility of an awarded project.
• Should be able to interpret and create the contents of Technical Approach Documentations
• Should be able to create/check thermal simulation results
• Harmonize the Project/Product requirements by interacting with PjM/OEMs in understanding the specific needs
• Define and follow-up of project targets (schedule, cost and function) & ensure the Project meets the Goals and metrics set for the year
• Interact with cross-functional and multi-national core team comprising of Engineering (SW, HW, Mechanical), Quality, Manufacturing, Product Management and Logistics as necessary in project completion

Additional Information

• Initial technical customer requirement analysis
• Prepare the requirement engineering sheet to collect the data from customer
• Propose clear design suggestion/modifications to meet the customer requirements
• Direct interaction with customers/stakeholders for technical requirement
• Planning and monitoring of deadlines/Time schedule
• Responsible for identifying the risks in the customer projects based on the technical evaluation and create risk assessment for management reviews
