We are searching for a qualified Pharmacist accountable for the precise and safe dispensing of medications, patient support, and overseeing pharmacy functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately interpreting and processing prescriptions from healthcare providers while possessing comprehensive knowledge of regulated medications.
• Skilled in sourcing pharmaceuticals from suppliers, showcasing outstanding negotiation aptitude and fostering robust partnerships with vendors.
• Proficient in managing numerical data, facilitating effective organizational operations via independent account oversight.
• Overseeing stock levels, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
• Identifying and onboarding new suppliers, leveraging exceptional negotiation techniques to secure advantageous pricing and contract terms. Evaluating supplier prices to pinpoint the most economical solutions.
• Keeping meticulous records for controlled substances and ensuring the removal of expired or damaged stock from the pharmacy.
• Fulfill operational needs of the pharmacy by structuring and managing workflow, validating purchase orders, sales tracking, expense documentation, and record maintenance.
• Exhibit a client-centric approach and be driven by objectives.
• Adhere to the regulations set forth by the Drug Control department.
• Assist with various administrative functions as required.

Qualifications:

• DPharm or Bpharm with valid Karnataka Registration (highly desirable)
• Background in community, hospital, or retail pharmacy environments preferred.
