Here is a list of skills we are looking:Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPointAbility to work under pressureEfficient organization skillsAptitude to multitaskemail writingResponsibilities:Get in touch with clients or vendors and schedule meetings with them.Keep track of office supplies and place orders when required.Collect packages, sort them and distribute them to the right employee.Prepare packages for dispatch and coordinate with logistics partners for their pickup.Provide administration support like photocopying or filing documents.Maintain visitor logs, including details about the person they visit and the purpose of their visit.Answer phones and take messages.Respond to emails.Manage mail correspondence.Help maintain office calendar.Assist with invoicing.Perform data entry and filing tasks.Manage inventory of office supplies.Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all clients.Bachelor’s degree preferred, but diploma accepted with some college or equivalent experience.2 years experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant.Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents.Working knowledge of marketing terminology and practicesTyping speed of at least 70 WPMOverachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payAbility to commute/relocate:Palarivattom Jn , Ernakulam – 682025, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work: 2 years (Required)Speak with the employer+91 7012473907
