As a Sr. Brand Designer at PhonePe, you should –

Possess strong skills in brand design and creative storytelling.

Be able to adhere to brand guidelines.

Develop innovative and original concepts, designs and strategies, content, and ideas.

Be capable of ideating marketing campaigns (right from market research to understanding of TG, creation of key visuals, activation ideas, social media posts, TVC scripts/digital video scripts and stories that align with the company’s marketing objectives, consistently) and generate proactive ideas.

Be able to independently lead a category.

Able to create presentation decks and present ideas to stakeholders with confidence.

Skillset:

• 4-5+ years of experience as a Brand/Graphic Designer or Sr Art Director.
• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design/Visual Communication/Fine Arts/Commercial Art.
• Application of design principles, market research, and target audience analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate and justify creative decisions.
• Able to break down briefs, research on the category/product, come up with insights and create comms/creative content that resonates with the target audience.
• Understanding of basic user behavior, target audience and UX principles.
• Create innovative, cohesive and visually stunning artworks (brand identities, print collateral, outdoor advertising, digital assets)
• Work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentational skills to ensure effective translation of designs and all the decisions that shaped them, with stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge of design principles related to colour, typography, grids and layout systems.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma is a must). Hands-on basic experience with prototyping tools like Figma for intra & inter design collaboration (Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, Blender 3d is a plus). Ensures upskilling on latest tech and softwares.
• Adept in handling final delivery material for Print and Digital as well as ATL and BTL comms.
• Up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging creative technologies to continuously deliver innovative solutions.
