Pidilite is hiring for Environment Manager

Job Location : Mahad ( Maharashtra )

Exp : Min 6+ years relevant Exp into managerial role who have exp in Environment

Qualification : B..E /B.tech / BSC /Msc

Age : upto 40

Roles and Responsibilities:

Environment Systems: –

a. Coordinate with the Unit Heads to ensure that systems and procedures related to the Environment Management System are in place at all units.

b. Conduct regular site audits to identify key significant environmental risks and infrastructure gaps related to environmental control & pollution management systems, report findings to the Cluster Chief and finalize actions for addressing gaps.

c. Facilitate ISO 14001 audits at sites and support unit in addressing observations

Environment Performance: –

a. Support unit heads in establishing ETP performance as per design

b. Support the Cluster Chief in reporting, investigating, and implementing corrective and preventive actions for all environmental incidents to prevent recurrence.

c. Support unit heads in conducting environmental monitoring as per state and central pollution control board guidelines.

d. Assist the Cluster Chief in identifying & implementing environmental projects aimed at reducing the environmental footprint of the units.

e. Co-ordinate with the Unit heads to ensure all environment performance related data is recorded as per guidelines in internal systems

Statutory Compliance: –

a. Support the Cluster Chief in complying with applicable environmental licenses and their conditions at sites.

b. Assist the Cluster Chief in obtaining statutory permits and consents, such as Environmental Clearance (EC), Consent to Establish (CTE/NOC), Consent to Operate (CTO/CCA), and registration for recycling/reprocessing of hazardous waste from the State Pollution Control Board.

c. Support the Units in complying with government communications, show cause notices, and submission of forms.

d. Collate and maintain a live list of all relevant environment related statutory documents and ensure compliance to mentioned conditions
