Impact

This role is responsible and accountable for EUC (End-User Computing) Sr. Solutions Engineer -Modern Desktop & Mobile Device Management to provide expertise and leadership in the design, configuration, and management of all corporate EUC devices and associated supporting services. You excel in a fast-paced and challenging work environment. You are a future thinking technical expert in end user technologies and has wide-ranging experience across other IT disciplines for Pitney Bowes employees. Initial focus is on building a Process, Procedures, building new MDM policies and reporting. Responsible for collaborating with Pitney Bowes IT Teams, vendors to drive continuous improvement of user experience.

The Job

Design, develop and deploy PB endpoint platform relying extensively on Microsoft 365 and SCCM technologies.
Drive the implementation of Modern Desktop Management, endpoint analytics and persona-based solutions.
Maintain the Intune/Autopilot environment OSD creation/maintenance, application deployment, Windows patching, hardware specs, etc.
Automate processes using major scripting and programming languages such as PowerShell and Python
Design, test, and deploy secure base images for global enterprise use.
Lead fellow engineers in establishing repeatable processes, scenario-based testing principles, and stronger end-point hardening strategies.
Provide technical expertise on Microsoft 365 services, Teams, Azure, MFA, SSO, MDM and all Microsoft 365 features.
Guide endpoint standards and lifecycles by partnering with business leaders.
Support mission critical, 24×7 systems; available for shift and weekend tasks as assigned.
Partner with security team to ensure solutions align with security goals.

Ideal Skill Set:
As a Subject Matter Expert, Intune, and MDM solutions you have:

6+ years of related experience in Intune, Software distribution and life cycle management tools like SCCM and Intune
8+ years knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, MacOS, iOS, Android, SCCM, Registry, Group Policy, Active Directory required.
Ability to verify the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, systems is key.
Significant experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows 10 strategies/roadmaps and ability to work with diverse teams to plan and develop enterprise architecture for Microsoft 365 and supporting components.
Zero touch migration and deployment for Window OS
Good understanding of Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop Environment and management
Azure Active Directory
Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

Technical Skill Set:
Experience with Modern Device Management tools, including Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
Professional certifications desired (Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, MSCE, etc.)
