Job Description:
Your role as Campaign Analytics Manager will have cross-BU responsibilities with primary focus to the SendTech Business Unit. You will be an integral part of our talented team, supporting our continued growth, particularly in shipping. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Client Analytics. You will coordinate with global and cross-functional stakeholders across Client Analytics, Digital Analytics, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing and Management, Onboarding and Activation, and external Partners.
In this role, you will be the analytical and optimization expert for driving improvements for campaign-level analytics in offline and digital marketing, with a focus in account-based marketing supporting our shipping growth. This includes a balance of data analysis, data visualization, marketing/campaign optimization and storytelling. Expertise and insights will be expected to influence campaign strategy, targeting, audience management, test design, reporting and optimization. You will partner with marketing campaign managers, product marketers and agency partners to assess, optimize and plan marketing performance that adds significant business value.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Holistic campaign reporting, end to end for SendTech Growth Marketing using individual ad platforms (like Google Ads or LinkedIn), Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, Snowflake, and D&B Customer Data Platform, ThoughtSpot – to help optimize ad budget
Serve as team lead for SendTech within Campaign Analytics
Conduct analytical assessments of campaign performance, isolating key drivers of success aligned to business goals
Holistic attribution analysis and provides strategic recommendations on where to invest budget
Drives Marketing ROI assessment for SendTech Acquisition
Create your own deep dives based on current topics and target areas
Manage and articulate campaign results/insights and analyses to internal clients
Generate ideas for campaign/channel testing opportunities within channel, ad creative testing, audience testing using Test & Learn best practices
Required Qualifications:
BS/MS/MBA in a quantitative/analytical discipline such as Statistics, Economics, Data Science and/or Applied Math
8-10 years of experience delivering actionable insights for marketing programs
Experience with traditional database/system languages (e.g. SAS, SQL, etc.) to collaborate with other data analysts/systems
Experience using data visualization tools to succinctly convey results/trends and insights to business partners with tools like Tableau
Experience with digital marketing campaign test design, reporting and optimization, including firsthand usage of campaign management platforms
Knowledge and understanding of test design, include statistical significance, pre-launch audience sizing and analysis.
Experience analyzing digital web marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
Analytical thinker with a strong passion for visualization, analysis, and evangelizing data usage
Strong project management and prioritization skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in order to meet timelines
Prior experience delivering results within a matrixed environment and working and coordinating with delivery teams across time zones, preferably in the analytics/BI space
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong ability to influence senior leadership decision-making and secure executive level buy-in
