Full Job Description
Experience: Fresher to 1 year
Qualification: Any Graduate
Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
Participate in developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications.
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
Assist in preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job boards.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job portals, etc.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Assist in conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Promote company’s reputation as the best place to work.
Assist in maintaining the HR databases and software.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Assistance in Day to Day HR Admin Activities.
