To accommodate our growth we are adding financial and HR related activities to our Shared Service Centre in India. In this start-up we want you to process customer invoices and handle general financial/HR related transactions. In the future we are looking to add more financial activities to India and we need someone who is ready to grow with us. Are you ready to jump into action?
You are a successful Financial Administrator by:
Process customer invoices
Sending dunning letters to our customers
Reconcile subledgers with general ledgers
Support HR transactions
Support transition of other financial activities to SSC in India
You work closely in a team with other Financial Administrators, supporting Financial Controllers and/or HR business partners of the various Business Areas who are considered your internal customers

Our ideal candidate ticks the following boxes:
A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Economics or Finance
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
A great eye for detail and accuracy
Strong sense of deadlines
Excellent speaking and writing skills in English
Preferably, our ideal candidate is also familiar with Microsoft Office suite.
