Pluralsight is seeking an experienced and motivated Transcriptionist to join the team in the India Tech Center. This role deeply connects with our value to champion the customer, by providing a quality and accessible experience in all areas of our platform. What you’ll own:
Proofing contractors’ captioned files and flagged questions

Ability to answer miscellaneous process and proofing questions

Lead course prioritization while assigning out priority work to contractors

Keep transcription vocabulary up to date

Upload transcripts for contractors

Monitor patched course spreadsheet; re-audit if needed

Re-audit clips with report button issues.

Report tool issues to other Pluralsight teams.

Typing and coordinating internal caption needs

Experience you’ll need:
Ability to understand and transcribe and punctuate foreign accents, dialects, even with interruptions, background noise

Previous transcription experience is recommended
