Job Description

• Manage and create content for all digital-marketing related activities including the company’s website social media sites, and digital marketing campaigns (rollout of tactical promotions and brand campaigns, management of loyalty & referral programs, development of marketing materials, etc)

• Design, build and maintain a strong social media presence

• Support in the planning, development, implementation, and performance tracking of effective digital strategies to drive campaign performance across digital platforms

• Craft marketing content to drive maximum audience engagement across multiple platforms

• End-to-end execution and management of marketing campaigns – from content generation and copywriting, to campaign tracking and reporting

• Work with designers on all digital marketing advertisements and collaterals.

• Manage and execute the digital marketing plan.

• Evaluate suitability and effectiveness of digital advertising opportunities.

• Optimize pay-per-click campaigns

• Oversee digital analytics to set benchmarks, track success, and refine marketing activity

• Manage and track the effectiveness of customer engagement and sales conversion on campaigns

• Execute digital marketing efforts for The Finch, through Search, Social, Display, Content Recommendation

Job Holder’s Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years working experience in digital marketing

• Possess experiences in leading and managing SEO/SEM, Google ad/Google Adwords, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising experience

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, content creation on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc), and strategies

• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
