3.Essentials:

3.1 Basic knowledge of Income Tax/GST/Financial Legislations

3.2 Proficiency in Spoken, Written English & Vocabulary

3.3. Proficiency in Typing in MS. Word & MS. Excel.

3.4.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines

Strong attention to detail

3.5.Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

4. Additionals:

4.1 Basic Knowledge of Criminal Law

4.2 Basic Knowledge of Filling of Petition in High Court & Session Court

4.3 Acting as Advocate on Record

4.4 Familiarity with use of Law Portal such as SCC Online etc.
