Operations taking Daily feedback from GM.Responsible for monitoring processes for schedules and upcoming appointments for all patient care providers (Nurses, Physio and Physicians, etc) and improves communicationOperations takeing Daily feedback from Polaris HR. Responsible for digitization and automation of the process through procuring ERP basedSoftware.Work in Progress. As of now the software provided by Global Soft has three functions which even today remain unutilised.Responsible for sustaining on generated leads, maintaining and updating discharge patients database in coordination with Mahatma Gandhi Hospital and meeting them in person and lead conversion.Generated leads- Along with GM sir.Discharge Patients Data base- Marketing has been made aware of the procurement process of the data base of MGH and a meeting has also been done for this purpose with Sh. Gaurav Sharma at his ground floor office. Responsible for admissions/enrolments of patients for homecare services. Handling Patients queries related to ongoing services.Admission/Enrolment- Operations monitor leads and its conversionPatients Queries Tools: Patient Feedback Form, Staff Feedback form (For Nursing and GDA staff complete).Through Marketing the process of patient feedback has been started. Real time feed back of both the patients and the staff has been started and data will be updated Has to maintain cordial relations with Patients attendants/family.As of now the Long term patients communication is being handled by GM sir.Coordination with nursing function and operations.Tools: Training Module and Nursing MaterialThe Training module has been constantly running in all the Training schedules. This schedule need to be checked by Operations also. Nursing dress and related material is been handled by GM and the Training in chargeWork on other related jobs to be given from time to time.To identify and work closely with Healthcare Professionals from Cardiac, Cancer, Neuro& Ortho specialties and to promote different Polaris Medicare Home Healthcare Services. Builds sustainable relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in assigned territory by involving them in scientific engagements at regular intervals and through effective Coverage at the right frequency.Make quarterly business targets.Target Sheet submitted for the Home care services. Target Sheet for Equipment’s Rent and Sale -WIP For products the Target sheet for Online sales and offline Sales Work in Progress. Coordinate with the Market Development Activities to enhance the brand equity & Awareness of Polaris Medicare Home Care Services in the Healthcare Industry Creating Patient awareness by providing right information about Polaris Medicare Home Care ServicesMarket Development Activities- NilPatient Awareness- Three Tools as of now. Designing of one in Progress. Analysis of competitor information and market intelligenceMarketing to decide and inform Operations.Follows safety and compliance policies of Polaris Medicare Home Care.HR has been instructed to provide the MGH policy as basis for the Designing of the policy for Polaris Medicare. Any other work assigned by your reporting Director from time to time.Scheduling and integration: Communicates with escalated and revenue generating patients in a courteous, professional, co-operative manner.Escalated Patients-New Patient Registration through web site, Social Media and social references Supervises teams Handling calls and responsible for patients registration Pan India.Process designing in Progress. Assists marketing team with preparation of collaterals to educate patients with correct information on the services and services provided by Polaris Medicare.Quaterly planning for One Brocher and One Radio ZingleMonitors and trains the team on superior customer service skills with an ability to crossCustomer Delight Module to be designed for the Training of the Home Care staff.Sell and upsell services to improve service comprehensiveness Accurately enters/updates patient information in the homecare application and gives Feedback on the features for improvement of UI/UXRecognizes and responds appropriately to abusive situations such as interactions Between patients to employees and also between employee to employee. Executes and briefs the team on all campaign taking place from the corporate end and .Responsible for ROI on the same.Minimises and monitors all kinds of scheduling including cancellations/reschedulingAs of now the Scheduling and rescheduling is being done by the GM directly.Coordination with patient care provider for any requirement /refilling of consumables and Medical equipment.The Home care Staff will be responsible for the refilling of the requirements. Also the staff will be shared a list of the Items with updated rates which the staff has to market and sale. For this purpose, incentives will be decided and disbursed.Coordinate with diagnostic partners and follow up for reports and escalations.Process Laid down in consultation with the MGH Laboratory staff. Process owner GM.Research and Analysis:Identify key competitor and consumer trends.Research and Analysis the market situation.Articulate market requirements and opportunities.Identify Service line for product innovation and Service line enhancements.

Role and Responsibilities for Supply Chain Management:Pricing Strategy- To be decided in consultation with Management. Product Planning and Management . Manage product-related support, feedback and inquiries from Sales Personnel.
