we are hiring for General Manager

Location: Secunderabad

Dept: Operations (Sales & Service)

Job Role:

Sales: –

· Responsible for achieving the sales targets of the dealership and focusing on ways to ensure growth.

· Passionate about Sales and Achieving Targets- Being the best in the market.

· Managing a sales team coordinating with Stake Holder.

· Tracking sales numbers and overall success

· Initiating training or motivational meetings for the team

· Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction

· Creating estimated sales forecasts, both short and long-term

· Overseeing sales floor and individual deal closings

Service: –

· Responsible for proper functioning of Service centre

· Handling a team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Service Manager

· Ability to increase the revenue of service centre.

Preferred:

· Any graduate/Post graduate/MBA

· Min. 5-10 years of experience from Automobile Industry.

· Proven experience as Sales Manager from 4 wheeler/2 wheeler segment can also apply

· Proficient in English, Hindi & Telugu.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month
