Role

Amazon Prime Video is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Executive Assistant to support the India leadership. This role will engage in activities to increase capacity and effectiveness of the leader & leaders’ direct reports and contribute to the overall department efficiency. These activities include the following:

Key job responsibilities

Optimise the Leaders’ time through effective calendar management, planning meetings like

• staff meetings and annual business planning/reviews
• Manages expenses/spending and filling reimbursement requests
• Maintains organisation charts and internal email aliases
• Schedules and coordinates special events and meetings as needed (company event, off sites, lunch/ dinner engagements/ business reviews/ all hands, etc).
• Managing Senior Executive schedules (during their visit to India) and creating detailed travel itineraries
• Supports leader’s direct reports with administrative work
• Project planning and logistics co-ordination for learning and development activities, fire-side chats, etc
• Records minutes of important meetings and manage information flow
• Employee engagement activities

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience with executive level calendar management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
• Experience managing multiple calendars
