Job description:
Knowledge of IATF 16949 , Solidworks , 3D/2D Cad

Understand customer requirements and expectations and translate them into tangible product design and services.

Part & Product design , GD&T , DFMEA , DFA

Knowledge about design calculation & design analysis , BOM Creation

Design the product so as to meet the customer requirements SOR /Technical input data /Drawings. Evaluate the customer drawings and Competitive and benchmark samples.

To manage the product design and development Tooling, part and BOP development by functioning as a link. Resolving all technical issues at all stages of product design and development.

Preparation of SOR for tools/ testing fixtures/ molds development.

proper implimentation of e-PDM in engg

Organizing design review meetings received from Marketing team and Customers.

Timely implementation of ECR/ECN of parts to reduce the delays

Good Team Player , Interact with internal & external customers

Should have knowledge on Automotive switches, PCB /plastic/ sheet metal / rubber / assembly parts

Preferebly from Automobile Industry , knowledge of Electrical design , EPDM , ERP System.

Prefer to shift vasai & local candidates
