Design and Development of Automotive Connectivity ECU (Telematics control Unit) from concept to production.- Understanding of autom otive Electrical System and ECU design cycles.- Hands on experience in Telematics control unit and the ecosystem. – Working knowle dge and experience in field of GSM (2G/3G/4G) and GNSS (GPS, GLONASS, IRNSS etc.) and various IoT and Connectivity protocols like but not limited to MQTT, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, FPS etc.- Basic knowledge of IoT server side platforms and implementation like Microsof t Azure, AWS etc. and also cyber security, encryption/decryption logic, TLS1.2 etc.- Hands on experience on troubleshooting the iss ues on vehicle level. – Benchmarking, Cost Reduction, DFMEA, DFA, DFS, DFM- Support for making prototype vehicles, pre-production & serial production vehicles.Distinguishing skills required: – Knowledge of design aspects for automotive ECU and embedded sy stems.- Knowledge of electrical aggregates used on automotive applications and their functions.- Proficient in Computer aided anal ytical tools to assist in a faster, better and cost effective design.- Knowledge of interfacing components to ensure system level d esign compatibility, robustness.- Knowledge of CAN (SAE J1939, ISO) and CAN FD- Working knowledge of problem solving techniques an d design optimization.- Knowledge of verification, testing, regulatory and validation requirements. – Should have basic knowledge of regulatory / certification requirements like CMVR, AIS, and ECE etc.- Should have basic knowledge of ECU Diagnostics and EOL req uirements.- Knowledge of CAN tools like Vector, Kvaser etc.
