Designation: Social Media ExpertExperience – 2 to 5 YearsQualification – Any GraduateSalary – Best in the industry / ResponsibilitiesThe Social Media Expert will implement the company’s Social Media marketing. Their responsibilities include content strategy, develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and cultivate leads and sales. The Social Media Expert is a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for designing and implementing the Company’s content strategy, creating relevant content, blogging, community participation and leadership.The job description includes (but not limited to):

• Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day to day activities including:
• Create relevant content to reach the company’s ideal customers.
• Manage all published content (images, video and written).
• Monitor, listen and respond to customers/public in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross promotions.
• Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.
• Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Instagram profile and content upload and blogs).
• Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
• Compile report for management showing results (ROI).
• Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
• Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
• Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.
• Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

Requirements

• Min 2-5 years of experience.
• Good communication skill.
• Multi-tasking and can work under pressure.
• Demonstrable experience in marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Good understanding of responsive layouts.
• Good knowledge of website analytics tools.
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Can work in a Team and Individually.
• Process Driven.
• Ability to think out of the box.
