PSK MEDIFIT TEC is a subsidary of 360° Spinal Wellness and Rehabilitation, a chain of spine specialty clinics.We are healthcare, fitness franchisers. Our Parent company is involved in medical equipment supplies and project consultation.we are looking for a FEMALE candidate with experience for personal assistant/ Personal secretary post. The eligibility Criterias are:1. fluent english speaking (must)2. good computer and social media knowledge3. willingness to travel within India and abroad4. should posses a valid passport or willing to apply for it immediately5. should be flexible for extended working hours, whenever situation demands6. multi tasking, promptness, work allotment and man management skills, organizing and timely follow-up, management skills.7. Basic knowledge of administration, operations, accounts, purchase process, vendor management, HR process, general organization functioning etc.8. Sales and marketing experience will be an added advantage.The job description shall be:1. Participating in business meetings2. taking notes3.preparing minutes of meetings4.drafting and sending ‘thank you & summary of meeting’ mails and follow up of committed tasks4. email management5. call management6.calendar management7. tour itinerary management8. follow-up for daily activity reports- summarizing it- preparing & submitting dash board summary9. assisting in personal tasks of the reporting officer10. assisting in official tasks of the reporting officer.11.
