Are you passionate about politics and government welfare schemes? Public Policy Research Centre (PPRC) is looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Political Researcher to delve deep into the political landscape and contribute to our research studies on contemporary policy issues.

Responsibilities

As a Political Researcher at PPRC, you will:

• Design and execute research projects focused on political scenarios and government welfare schemes.
• Engage in comprehensive comparative studies, both qualitative and quantitative in nature.
• Perform extensive data mining and analysis to inform research findings.
• Collaborate with the Research Coordinator at PPRC for project development.
• Travel within and outside Delhi for fieldwork and stakeholder meetings.
• Stay up-to-date with current political affairs, policies, and geopolitical events.

Qualifications

• Graduates or Post-Graduates, preferably with a background in Political Science, Public Administration, or related social science fields.
• Candidates from other streams with a keen interest in political research are also welcome to apply.

Desired Skills

• Strong understanding of Indian politics, government policies, and welfare schemes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Analytical aptitude and a critical understanding of public policies.
• Proficiency in Ms-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analytics tools.
• Keen awareness of current affairs and geopolitical dynamics.
