Job Overview:PIBM is seeking an experienced SEO Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO strategies, including keyword research, SEO audits, on-page and off-page optimization, and link-building techniques, to enhance our online presence and drive organic growth.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth keyword research to guide content teams.- Perform comprehensive SEO audits to identify technical issues and recommend solutions.- Implement and manage on-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, headings, and internal linking.- Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, focusing on link-building, guest posting, and outreach.- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.- Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.- Prepare regular reports on website traffic, rankings, and SEO ROI.Key Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on SEO experience.- Strong understanding of keyword research and SEO audit techniques.- Expertise in on-page and off-page SEO strategies.- Proven experience in link-building and outreach campaigns.- Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
