Job Responsibilities :
To ensure adherence to systems & supply defect free products to customer.
To ensure internal rejection PPM & customer return product PPM & supplier PPM as per defined norms
Collect data for Statistic Quality control & Rejection analysis and co-ordination with Production Department for preparation of corrective action plan
Generate 8D Action Plans for the Customer Complaints
To ensure compliance layout inspection, Calibration as per plans
To ensure early detection of quality problem in development phase.
To Educate & Motivate team members.
