Responsibilities
Administer medication and treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians
Monitor, record, and report changes in patients’ conditions to the healthcare team
Perform routine nursing duties, including wound care, assistance with activities of daily living, and vital signs monitoring
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, medications, and self-care techniques
Maintain accurate and complete patient records and ensure confidentiality
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Requirements
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred
Proven experience working as a Staff Nurse or similar role in a hospital setting
Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
