Job brief:We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department. HR & Admin Officer responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions. Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations run smoothly.Responsibilities: Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, employee documents, company HR documents, etc.Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.).Update internal databases with new hire informationCreate and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policiesGather payroll data like bank accounts and working daysSchedule job interviews and contact candidates as neededPrepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by departmentDevelop training and onboarding materialRespond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.Communicating with recruiters and other external parties.Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesManage the recruitment and selection processSupport current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital • Nurture a positive working environmentOversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performanceMaintain pay plan and benefits program HR AdministrativeRequirements: Proven experience in an HR role.Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.Sound knowledge of labour laws and practices.The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.Must be approachable and helpful.Strong critical thinking skills.Good ethical judgment.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSpeak with the employer+91 9619122201
