Job Title: Regional Operations Coordinator

Location: Beawar, Rajasthan

Experience Range: 0 – 3.5 years

Note: Candidate should be a resident of Beawar or will to move to Beawar.

About the Role:

We’re expanding our reach to Beawar, Rajasthan, and we need a passionate and driven Regional Operations Coordinator to make our new learning center a success. This role is crucial in establishing and managing our operations in Beawar, ensuring everything runs smoothly and effectively. You’ll be the on-ground leader, responsible for overseeing:

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Passion for education and commitment to PhysicsWallah’s mission

Your responsibilities will include:

Center Management:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Beawar’s new school, including facility creation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Creating a comfortable and conducive learning environment for students.
• Managing local vendor relationships and ensuring timely service delivery.

Partnership & Coordination:

• Maintain close communication with the head office team, providing regular updates and reports on local operations.
• Actively participate in strategic planning and collaborate on initiatives to enhance the Beawar school learning experience.
• Build relationships with local stakeholders, including schools, businesses, and government officials, to promote PhysicsWallah in the community.

Compensation:

– Probation Period (3 months):

• Monthly Salary: INR 15,000 – INR 18,000

– Post-Probation:

• Competitive annual salary ranging from INR 4.5 Lakh to INR 5.5 Lakh based on performance

• Candidate should be a resident of Beawar, Rajasthan or willing to move.
