Job Description & Summary
A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Managing secretarial responsibilities for the Chairman including but not limited to travel and stay, concierge arrangements, expense filing, calendar management, organizing conference calls, documentation management, contact management, timesheet filing, coordination with other partners and teams, as needed
Screen, route and respond to incoming mails, publications, and correspondence: proactively handle questions and information requests with a solution-based approach.
Schedule and prioritize meetings. Taking minutes of meetings and assign action items based on the meeting notes.
Team Coordination – Day to day coordination with the Chairman’s office on various matters
Drafting and editing emails, memos, correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
Sending bulk emails to clients and internal teams
Follow ups with different teams on behalf of the Chairman for various actions
Conducting online and offline research whenever required for events / meetings etc.
Support in organizing partner meets/ offsites, along with the business services team
Education Level:
BA/ B.com / B BA / BCA / MBA with excellent communication skills
Experience Level:
Candidate should have 7-14 years of experience
Essential Skills:
Prior experience in allied roles is mandatory
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Effective time management and organizational skills
Pleasant disposition and good people skills
Should be sincere and willing to multitask
Should be calm, confident and agile
Have an extremely strong attention to detail, with the ability to easily spot errors, inconsistencies, and other issues
Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, scheduling tools etc.
