Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiriesGenerating new inquiriesGreeting visitors and clients and directing them to the appropriate personsHandling incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondenceMaintaining files and records, both electronic and paper-basedScheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and other staff membersOrdering and maintaining office supplies and equipmentCreating and editing documents, reports, and presentations using various software programsAssisting with bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and reconciling accountsCoordinating and organizing office events and meetingsProviding general administrative support to the office staff as needed.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:total work: 3 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 7678476635Expected Start Date: 17/04/2023
