Job Description

Process – “US Staffing” | Timings – 6: 30.pm – 3:30.am IST | Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad / India| Qualification – Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Experience – 1-2 years experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders and thorough knowledge on Tax terms (W2 /Corp-Corp/1099)

Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates

Reviewing applicants to verify if position requirements are met

Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements on social media and job sites

Following up with candidates and Foster long-term relationships with candidates

Strong work ethic and sense of commitment

Ambitious, competitive, aggressive and passionate to succeed

Ability to work in a faced paced environment

Excellent rapport building skills are the traits for the right candidate

Efforts to achieve targets, Work with result-oriented approach
