– US Healthcare / Dental Billing Process
– Accounts Receivables Calls
– Denials and Appeals Management
– End to End Billing Cycle Management
– Posting Payments
– Excellent Communication Skills
– Must be flexible to work in Day or Night Shifts
– Good Typing Speed
– Must be willing to work in voice or non-voice process
