Dear Candidate,
We are hiring for CCE profile for our Premium Voice process, where your job will require interacting with customers over the Call.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Resolve customer complaints via Call.
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
3. Making sure that customer’s Issues are attended and all of their concerns are resolved immediately.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
