JOB PURPOSE

· Deliver high quality Windows and desktop software application development Be an integral part of launch that provides for strategy to pilot, scale and ensure zero-downtime while releasing features

· Work cross-functionally including product management, various product lines, experience design and business units to drive forward results

· Being accountable to achieve exceptional results through – passion, team collaboration & quick learning and rapid implementation.

· Individual contributor able to perform in agile environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Define and enforce best practices windows application development

· Developing software solutions to meet module requirements

· Creating and implementing source code of new applications

· Testing source code and debugging the code. Develop and write unit and integration tests for implementation.

· Evaluating existing applications and performing updates and modifications

· Identify gaps and employs preventative measures to avoid reoccurrence of similar issues by automating all the process efficiently.

· Participate in the set-up files package preparation and release of the application

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

· BE Engineering Computer Science, BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience

· 4-8 years’ experience designing and developing desktop solutions using C#, .Net and related technologies

· Creating C#.NET windows (Desktop) applications to meet project specifications

· Experience in WPF, WCF is a must

· Familiarity with application architecture, product designing, and interaction of various stacks in a full stack development structure

· Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms

· Ability to grasp complex problems and understand code that is reusable in nature

· Strong coding abilities, architecture, design, debugging, and performance/diagnostics measurement skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Should be a scrum agile practitioner

· Expertise with unit testing & Test-Driven Development (TDD)

· Web API experience is a plus
